Ok, first day accomplished!  It started out with much apprehension, and started with an emergency!  machetti injury - 1/2 the hand hanging loose!!! His cousin tried to cut off his head!  He put his hand up instead!  Dr. Steve and Dr. Dave put it all back together, unbelievable!  Then on to an abdominal hysters and on to a hernia repair.  These people can take alot and expect minimal, they are tough!  Long day yet extremely rewarding.
